Customers are responsible for any damage to the rental unit, as well as any cleaning fees resulting from misuse. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: food, gum, candy, confetti, mud, face paint, body paint, markers, soap, and similar substances.
Please note that certain materials—such as markers, face paint, body paint, and confetti—can cause permanent damage to the vinyl. If this occurs, the customer may be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment.
To help prevent issues, a responsible adult must remain with the unit at all times until it is picked up.
Silly String Policy
Silly string is strictly prohibited. If any silly string is found on the unit, a flat fee of $1,000 will be charged, as it causes irreversible damage to inflatable equipment.
